All you have to do is absolutely avoid the sugar in any presentation, sodas, cookies, artificial juices, sugared cereals.
Eat raw food, and fruits.
Try to extract the natural juice of everything from vegetables, roots to fruits.
You can eat natural meat, not processed but is useless, YOU DON’T NEED IT.
and after every meal Drink enough distilled water or filtered water if you can’t distill it yet.
